3D technology, as we know, combines two visual
images, one from each eye, to give a viewer that in-depth stereoscopic
experience. The existing technology faces some shortfalls though: discomfort
manifested as headaches and dizziness in an alarming one out of ten ratio of
users.
Dr. Dhanraj Vishwanath, a psychologist at the
University of St. Andrews in Scotland, and his team of researchers claim that
an eye is enough to have a stereoscopic orgasm.
Dr. Vishwanath emphasized in a recent release that their findings fortify the conjecture that people with misaligned eyes or just one eye can also experience 3D.
Such findings bode well for 3D entertainment in
particular. Hopefully, the improvements will address concerns associated with the current 3D technology. In the near future, 3D gadgets in our homes would
come cheap and with a user-friendly twist.
Cheerio, and imagine more!!
